Transform your body and crush your fitness goals with Strong! A total-body workout set to music. Using only your bodyweight, you’ll train to the beat! The Strong workout consist of muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves that maximize calorie burning and tone your abs, arms, legs, and glutes!
Location: Shoreline Church, Pacific Room
Bring a towel, workout mat, and water!
Saturday, January 26th, Session 5
Two-week break: February 2nd and February 9th.
Second Session: Track Workout
February 16th through March 9th, Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) Track.
Group arrival begins at 9:15am. Participants warm up and stretch as a group, beginning at 9:30am. After the group warm up and stretching is complete, participants will walk, run or do a combination of both. MPC has stadium steps which can be added to your workout for more intensity. At 10:20am everyone comes together again for a cool down and stretching.
Track workouts can be done independently, in pairs or in small groups. Consider buddying up at the track and making new friends!
