Transform your body and crush your fitness goals with Strong! A total-body workout led by music. Using only your bodyweight, you’ll train to the beat! The Strong workout consist of muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric moves that maximize calorie burning and tone your abs, arms, legs, and glutes!

Second Cycle: Track Workout
Stretch, walk, run, use the track or the bleachers.
February 16th through March 9th, Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) Track.
