Memorize and Reflect

Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits (Psalm 103:1-2)

Prayer Direction

Read through Psalm 103 and thank God for His forgiveness, healing, redemption, patience, compassion, grace, mercy, and provision specifically as it applies to your life.

“Live It!” Challenge

Flip the Script - This week, every time you feel frustrated by your circumstances, make a deliberate effort to stop and thank God for a blessing in your life. For example, if you get a flat tire, stop and thank God you have a car.
