Saturday, December 14th | 6-8 pm
Join us for a fun and interactive community event to enjoy with your family this Christmas season! The Christmas Experience includes three different activities for your family to enjoy together. The evening will start off at 6 pm with a manger project and gingerbread house creations.
The Manger Project is a fun and interactive Christmas tradition that will help families focus on the true meaning of Christmas while building a manger. This project gives parents a chance to teach their kids hard work, perseverance, and most importantly, why the manger (God coming to earth as a baby) is so important to their faith. The Manger Project fee is $15 and will include all of the materials to assemble your manger.
The Gingerbread House Creations is a chance for families to slow down amidst the holiday frenzy and enjoy meaningful moments with your child while creating gingerbread houses. This is a hands-on activity where every family member gets to play a part. Each gingerbread house is $5 and will include supplies to decorate your creation.
To ensure that we have enough supplies for everyone, registration will close on December 9th for the Manger Project and Gingerbread House Creations.
At 7 pm everyone will gather in the Worship Center for Jingle Jam, a Christmas party big enough for the whole family! This will be a live interactive Christmas show with skits, songs and games. As part of Jingle Jam, families will be introduced to December’s life app- Joy. Parents will get a glimpse into what their child will be learning about all month long on Sunday mornings.
After Jingle Jam, join us in the lobby for cookies, hot chocolate, apple cider and fellowship!
Families are welcome to join us for all or part of the events. If you join us at 7 for Jingle Jam, there is no need to register. If you would like to take part in the Manger Project or Gingerbread House Creations register HERE.
