Delivered On: November 26, 2017
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
Thank God for the Shalom peace that comes in your life through faith in Jesus. Pray for your life to reflect the peace of God to those who are living in turmoil. Ask God to use Shoreline as a messenger of peace in our community and beyond.
Peacemaker Identify one relationship in your life where there is not presently peace. Commit to do the following:
1) Pray for peace and ask God to work in you to make you a person of peace.
2) Write this person a note or e-mail letting them know you want to seek peace in your relationship.
3) Ask God to show you what action you can take that will bring peace.
4) Be ready to meet and talk with this person about how you can find healing in your relationship.
